Essay / The Pursuit of Knowledge - 1040
Have you ever wondered what the world would be like today if our great researchers took a different attitude toward their experiments? It is possible that the results will remain the same. However, some say the consequences could be changed. However, this does not make previously acquired knowledge less valued or false, but simply additional. Abraham Maslow's theory challenges almost all ways of knowing, suggesting that if we limit our thinking, the results remain homogenous, thereby limiting the amount of knowledge we acquire. Dilemmas are brought up in order to reject deeply accepted opinions in society. If Newton had eaten that apple, instead of using it as a tool to apply the theory of attraction, he might not have exposed gravity. Because he had more tools than just a hammer and was sagacious enough to extend his philosophy beyond hunger, he made such an innovation. It is widely accepted that inventions are accidental. In fact, all chemical elements on the famous periodic table are the result of different scientific research tactics. As ToK teaches us that there is no possible end to a situation because it is influenced by the perceptual abilities of the arguers. There is never a “yes,” “no,” or “ultimate answer” in conflict, but the eminence of rationalization is what balances deliberation. This suggestion explains that there is always another way to approach the conclusion. Thus, the pursuit of knowledge usually requires different ways of knowing, because it lengthens the verdict. Knowledge is just understanding. How we engage with and interpret a problem is knowledge. In the pursuit of knowledge, we, as materialistic learners and knowers, repeatedly ignore the crucial procedures, pro...... middle of paper ...... of knowing alongside areas of knowledge which generate a primordial amount of knowledge. Many conclusions can be assessed from the above argument. Walter White's decision that forever changed his and his family's lives is a factual model that if we narrow the avenues of knowledge, the knowledge gathered is identical, thereby losing the potential of the circumstances. As a result, we, as eager learners, are deceived by our perception. In addition, psychologists make the best use of all the proposed techniques. Likewise, it is important that we use all avenues of knowledge advantageously in order to benefit from the best knowledge. The domains of knowledge and the ways of knowing are paired; one is required to implement the benefits of the others. “Throughout the centuries, there have been men who took their first steps on new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision..”
