Based on the results and analysis of the PTI report, it has been analyzed that the personality traits are the same as those of Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was a great leader who left his mark on the history of the business world. He was innovative and he is famous for his innovative skills and abilities. Based on my personality assessment, I am an excellent decision maker. Likewise, Steve's job was a great decision maker and he made some great decisions in his life. His innovative and revolutionary skills and strong product decision-making ability have helped him achieve significant contributions. As a leader, I believe that I have the ability to make good decisions on various aspects of life that can help me lead the team and make them achieve the goals. I have the ability to make important decisions and lead the team effectively. It was the decision-making power of Steve Jobs that helped him grow the Apple company and make it one of the reputed and profitable companies in the world. On the other hand, another personality trait that matches him is extroversion. Extroverts are people who are open and get energy from the outside world. Steve Jobs was very extroverted, because extroverts are those who always know how to lead people and motivate them. They always prefer and encourage change and enjoy being social and working in open environments where there is more social life. Likewise, I am also more extroverted than introverted. Steve Jobs had the best ability to manage change and lead people effectively. I think my style as an analyst strongly supports my field of study. I appreciate logical concepts and quantitative data. Although my primary style is analytical, my secondary style is expressive.
