Based on the results and analysis of the PTI report, it has been analyzed that the personality traits are the same as those of Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was a great leader who left his mark on the history of the business world. He was innovative and he is famous for his innovative skills and abilities. Based on my personality assessment, I am an excellent decision maker. Likewise, Steve's job was a great decision maker and he made some great decisions in his life. His innovative and revolutionary skills and strong product decision-making ability have helped him achieve significant contributions. As a leader, I believe that I have the ability to make good decisions on various aspects of life that can help me lead the team and make them achieve the goals. I have the ability to make important decisions and lead the team effectively. On the other hand, another personality trait that matches him is extroversion. Extroverts are people who are open and get energy from the outside world.
