Three decades ago, the honorable Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau established the famous Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Since its creation three decades ago, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has protected the individual rights and freedoms of thousands of Canadians. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is now part of the national identity and has become a great patriotic symbol for the country. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the document that truly separates Canada from all other powerful nations and it is truly something Canadians are proud of. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms raises many questions, but the most important and common question is How effective is the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms in protecting your individual rights? . To find out exactly how effectively it protects your rights, you can look at situations in which it has or has not protected the rights of Canadians. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects the legal rights of Canadians, whether adolescents or adults, protects the equality rights of Canadians and provides government services to all Canadians no matter what, ensures that all laws are adopted in accordance with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and provides equality rights and fundamental freedoms to Canadians to practice their religion and other rights without interference.
