Essay / Professional Decision Making - 1394
Four years of working with Mega Bank have greatly influenced me in many ways professionally and personally. I built a friendly environment with my colleagues and enjoyed my time at the bank. One of the most difficult decisions I have ever made in my four years in banking is issuing a termination memorandum to one of my interns.
