According to BBC article historians (Hitler's Leadership Style, Geoffrey Megargee), Adolf Hitler was one of the greatest people to lead an entire nation in history. Like any great leader, he led, inspired and guided millions of Aryans of all ages and genders to believe that they were more superior and purer than all other races and ethnicities in existence. Hitler came to power in 1933, as Germany was recovering from its recession as well as the depression of World War I. Like any other leader, Hitler had one goal, to rebuild lives and the entire country to give them confidence and belief that they were a phenomenal group of people. In order for Hitler to ensure that his goal was achieved, he created a lot of stereotypical propaganda about other races, brainwashed almost the entire country of Germany, and scapegoated other races and ethnic groups (mainly minorities such as Jews). Since Hitler wanted the best for his country, he decided to quarantine the entire Jewish population and then move them to concentration camps. Subsequently, more than six million Jews were massacred because he thought it was the right way to “purify” his country. Hitler did a great job instilling confidence in his people. However, his actions in committing genocide and creating stereotypes were not appropriate solutions when it came to trying to rebuild a destroyed country. The group of people he focused on in his propaganda were young children and adolescents. In order to make them understand how wonderful they were and to strengthen them mentally and physically, he created the political group called the Hitler Youth.
