    Is our world too close to a world that is considered so bad by other people who ban it? This is a world where reading a book, owning a book, or questioning laws is forbidden. A world where the media takes over your life. This is the world in the novel Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, where we see a firefighter whose job is to start fires, fires where they burn books. Books that were banned because they would make people think differently, offend others, and prevent them from questioning the world they find themselves in. Our world today is like the world in this book, seeing that we both live in a society that is largely media driven, wanting everything done right away, without patience, demanding it now, at the moment even. In Fahrenheit 451 books are illegal, and people are encouraged to spend all their time watching TV and only caring about what's happening. on their favorite TV shows. They don't think about what's happening in the real world. Our society is a lot like this because we are obsessed with the latest trend and the newest technology. want to know everything about this celebrity and the drama that goes on in the shows they watch on TV. It's amazing how similar these worlds are playing in their living rooms and we're attached to our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
