Marketing issues involve many elements such as pricing, advertising, product features, etc. All of them create a whole that determines the quality and market position in the industry. Regal is one of the best in this industry, while the Delongi Bosphorus can be considered one of the lower quality brands. However, their products are of poor quality, which decreases customer satisfaction. So they lose them in the long run. Another point may be that people will buy high quality products like Regal for their own home but inferior ones like Delongi Bosphorus for apartment. Regal may increase the price of their products a little to be able to make more money because they have loyal customers and their position is stable in the industry. This way, they will not lose their customers. Delongi Bosphorus needs to change a lot of things in its marketing strategy. They have to improve a lot then they can also increase the price because now they have low quality products at low prices and when the quality level increases the price of the products increases. Competitor: Delongi Bosphorus is not able to compete with Regal. Delongi is not as successful in advertising because they cannot keep their promises to their customers. This causes their positioning to become bad. Delongi's advertising explains the characteristics of their products well, but they show their products better than the real ones and this is misleading to the customer.
