Introduction:In my family, there are many enthusiastic people who love their work: my mother, my father, my grandmother and my grandfather, but at the same time time, I have often observed that, among their friends, there are people who are not satisfied with their work, and who sometimes suffer from it. So I want to choose a profession with which, like my family, I would be happy and receive only pleasure. When it came time to decide what to study after high school, I had a lot of choices but also doubts because I had to choose a course that would please me, that would interest me, but also that would offer me a job in the future. We live and work in a global economy. In Cyprus, especially in recent years, especially in 2013, and according to statistics, the economic crisis will continue for at least 5 years. After graduating, young people struggle to find jobs and get hired due to lack of experience. If the older generation cannot find jobs, how can young people who have just graduated get hired? Unemployment in Cyprus and around the world has increased. So in this report I show you why I chose the Business and Management course and how to help me in my future work. I chose business and management because it is an effective investment as it seems easier to find more jobs in this field than others.
