    International Trade in ArgentinaA democratic and free market depends on the successful integration of ethical characteristics and values. These values ​​include characteristics of the country such as collaboration, trust, loyalty, justice and mutual respect. Trust in business can be undermined by blatantly unethical actions by the host government or other industry actors. Unethical practices in the business both contribute to the deprivation of trust in the operations of the business. This also affects the country's financial sector. For each country, it is recommended to develop a Business Ethics Index (BEI), used to measure consumer confidence in ethical business behavior. (Tsalikis, Seaton and Shepherd 209). This proposal analyzes international trade in Argentina and what can guide investors before starting their operations in Argentina. Argentina is a country in South America whose official name is the Argentine Republic. Argentina covers 2.8 million square kilometers. It is the second largest country in South America. The country's climate is mostly temperate. Its extremes range from subtropical in the north to arid or subantarctic in the extreme south. The country's population exceeds 42 million with an annual population growth rate of 1.05%. The ethnic composition of Argentina is made up of more than 97% Europeans of Spanish and Italian origin. The remaining 3% are made up of mixed-race, Native American and non-white groups. Argentines are mainly made up of 70% Roman Catholics, who are the majority, 9% Protestants, Muslims, Jews and others. Spanish is the official national language of Argentina (Central Intelligence Agency 1). Argentina, colonized by Spain in the 16th century, gained independence in 1816.
