My explanation of life goals is about high school goals, college goals, career goals, and personal goals. I will explain to you what I want to do and achieve in high school and university. Then I'll tell you about the type of career I want when I grow up and about my personal life. To start, I would like to graduate from high school and college. Then I want to grow and have a career, it's something I really love. Then my personal life, I think I would like to have children one day. I'll first talk about my goals in high school; yes, I would like to obtain a high school diploma. Some of the things I'm looking to do while in high school are take as many health science classes as possible. My desired grade point average by the time I leave high school is 5.0 or higher. To get such a high average, I would have to take specialized or advanced courses. This year, I didn't take any honors or advanced courses because I didn't really know you could enroll in them and it wasn't a big deal for me at the time. Next year I definitely want to take specialized classes and maybe by the time I'm in advanced eleventh grade. Another thing I'm looking to do in high school is get involved. I want to participate in clubs and activities with the school. Colleges look not only at your grade point average, but also at whether you were active while in school. This doesn't mean you have to be an athlete: you can get involved by joining certain clubs and activities during school. A main goal for me is to make new friends during high school and throughout my life. There are many universities in the world and you can attend any of them if you push yourself and work hard. East Carolina and Chapel Hill are a few colleges that stand out to me. This...... middle of paper ...... or different cultures. I want to party, be a young adult and have fun before I have a career and a family. Some of my friends told me that after high school they were going to take a break from school. I would love to do that, but if I did, I know I would never want to go back to school. So after high school I want to go straight to college, and then when I graduate from college and I'm completely done with school, I want to have fun and do different things and see places. And then, when I'm done with this, I want to settle down, have a career and start thinking about a family. For my family, I want them to see how good I turned out to be. I want them to see that when I focus on something, I can and will achieve it. For my lifestyle I don't need to be rich, but I want to have enough money to pay all the bills and have money to go shopping every now and then..
