Effort at the workplace is expended by employees in the form of the above motivators (Chung and Fitzsimons, 2013). Gen Y tends to represent great potential for companies: they are hungry for development opportunities, they are willing to multitask (Freifield, 2007; Rowh, 2007), they are flexible, they are eager to obtain support from their superiors (Kultalahti and Viitala, 2014). From the literature review chapter above, this research has been situated within a broader body of knowledge on a particular topic which in turn will provide an explanation of the research questions. Now that the findings “say” and “mean” are gradually beginning to surface, key points could be extracted from them. In the next chapter, try to improve readability and avoid having to cross-reference and turn pages; the author decides to present an integration of the results and discussions of these in this library-based document.
