  • Essay / JFK: Death of a Legend - 785

On November 22, 1963, the day began like any other campaign day for President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Shaking hands and kissing babies was just the daily norm for the president of this great nation, but everything quickly went south… John F. Kennedy was considered by many to be one of the greatest world leaders that this country ever produced, but unfortunately its life was cut short. JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963, by whom some believe was Lee Harvey Oswald, a man well connected to organizations such as the Mafia, the Russian KGB, the Cubans and Castro and even the CIA. But the real question lies between the lines of the fine print. Did Oswald commit murder and assassinate the President of the United States of America? We may never really know this answer. Many believe that Oswald was JFK's sole murderer, while others believe in completely different theories. I happen to believe in a not-so-common theory that the man behind the assassination was none other than jealous Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson. LBJ was a dangerous man, he had many ties to mob members, former and current CIA members, some of whom had strong feelings of hatred towards our president, even Johnson himself had many reasons to don't like Mr. Kennedy, but was LBJ really behind the murder of our president? great President John F. Kennedy, this is what I plan to learn a lot more about. To better understand my theory, I'll give you just enough background information on some of the other common conspiracy theories, starting with the Warren Commission report. Based on the findings of the Warren Commission appointed by none other than Lyndon B. Johnson. The Warren Commission concludes here: "The shots that killed President K...... middle of paper...... service credentials." Holt had previously worked for the CIA and the Mafia, making fake ID cards and police badges. In 1963, Holt was ordered to make false identity documents for Oswald from Phillip Twombly, the owner of a California bank that distributed funds to the CIA for covert operations. Holt later met Oswald in New Orleans. The “three tramps” all have ties to the CIA, not to mention that E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis were both found breaking into the Watergate building in 1972, just nine years after JFK's assassination. That should give you a pretty good idea that these three men were criminals. All of these men are directly related to a man named William Harvey, a man who is directly related to Johnson. Harvey was a very connected man, with many personal ties to the Mafia and the many CIA members involved in the JFK assassination plot..
