Autonomy gives you a complete sense of will and choice. In my future career, marketing, I will use autonomy according to my work regulations. If my work rules allow me, I intend to work where I want and how I want. As Pink states: “Where motivation 2.0 sought conformity, motivation 3.0 seeks commitment (109). » I agree that mastery is being able to do something perfectly well and that the main key to mastery is commitment. In order to be at my best for the role, I plan to learn every day, either through my experiences or from my colleagues, to advance my career. I also stick with one thing until I finish it before starting the next. Purpose is the activation energy for living, in other words whatever motivates me to do something. My goal in the future will be my family and I will give them everything they need.
