    I expected this interview to be much more interesting for several reasons, firstly, they can hear what I have to say, and secondly, the topic of the interview was actually willing to participate in my interview. Even though I had assumptions about how this interview would go, I always expect the unexpected, you can't judge how a face-to-face conversation might go. Before jumping straight into the interview, I first explained a little more about myself and why I needed to know about student life at Capilano, even though I wasn't part of the student union. I could see that she was feeling a little uncomfortable about the whole situation and probably wanted to check the latest message on her mobile device. So I tried to make her more comfortable by giving her a sense of formality. I then asked him a few questions to break the ice, like his name, degree, etc. Answering these questions with fantastic punctuality, I thought this was going to be a breeze until I asked my first question: How are you finding college? From there, things went downhill with ordinary, good. I realized this question was quite difficult to answer
